Many or most people, regardless of their weight, can expound theories and facts regarding weight loss. Experts abound, yet obesity weights continue to soar. It is one thing to understand the theory of maintaining a healthy weight, but another to fully understand the physiological and emotional drivers that are mostly responsible for being overweight.
Even having a complete and full understanding of this is no guarantee of healthy weight – there are plenty of overweight health professionals, so education is only part of the answer.
