This booklet presents 50 basic tips for managing your stress on a daily basis. Most of these 50 tips were taken from Dr. Livingston’s best selling book entitled, “You Don’t Have To Be Over Stressed All The Time.” Additionally, while this main source book for Dr. Livingston is referenced within the 50 tips (e.g., on which page in the main stress book the tip can be located and elaborated on…), the format of the tips follow Dr. Livingston’s 3-Step, I-R-M Formula of how to identify (I), recognize (R) and manage (M) stress using a variety of strategies.
