This book is about human stress, your stress as well as mine. While some amount of stress is inevitable, as the title of the book indicates, “You Don’t Have To Be Over Stressed All The Time.”
The main reason for writing this book is to help you first to understand and then to cope effectively with stress, thereby preventing being over stressed, or minimizing the effects of stress when they do occur.
With this view in mind, the book is organized in three main sequential parts: I. Identifying the Background, Nature and Causes of Stress; II. Recognizing the Signs and Reactions to Stress; and III. Managing Stress Using A Combination of Strategies.
